1. Scope of application

This privacy notice relates to our websites and our social media presence on instagram, precycle.today.

2. Online – contact form

When getting into contact with us (for example via email, telephone or social media) the data of the contacting person will be processed, when it is necessary for the response and possible inquired actions.

The response to all inquiries in the context of contractual and pre-contractual relations is carried out in fulfillment of our contractual duties or in response to (pre)contractual inquiries and furthermore on the basis of the qualified interests in the response of all inquiries.

3. Processing of donator data

We gather, process and use personal data only, if it is necessary for the justification, the content design or for changes of legal relationships or if it is legally obligatory for example because of changes in tax law. This takes place on the basis of Art. 6 1 lit. b and c DSGVO. Personal data through the use of our websites, we only gather, process and use insofar it is necessary to be able to facilitate our customer’s use of our services or for billing purposes.

The processed data will be deleted after completion of the contract or ending of the business relationship. Legal storage periods remain untouched.

4. Newsletter

If you want to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need your email address. Further data will not be gathered, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for the transmission of the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of data entered in the newsletter entry form occurs exclusively on the basis of your agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can always revoke the given agreement to save the data, the email address and its use to send the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The legitimacy of the already occured data processing remains untouched by revoking the agreement.

The data deposited by you to receive the newsletter will be saved until you unsubscribe and then get deleted. Data saved for other purposes will remain untouched by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Sendgrid

Our with Sendgrid sent newsletters allows us the analysis of the behaviour of the newsletter recipient. We can analyze for example, how many recipients have opened the newsletter and how often which link in the newsletter gets clicked. Through conversion- tracking we can also analyse, if after clicking a link in the newsletter a previously defined action takes place (e.g. purchase of a product on our website).

Sendgrid allows for categorisation of newsletter recipients (“segmentation”). This enables us to differentiate between newsletter recipients through the data provided while subscribing. This way we can adjust the newsletter according to target groups.

The processing of data takes place on the basis of your agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this agreement anytime by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legitimacy of already having occurred data processing procedures remain untouched by this revocation.

If you don’t want analysis through Sendgrid, you have to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the link that is included in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe the newsletter directly on the website.

All data provided by you for receival of the newsletter will be saved by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and get deleted from our servers as well as from the Sendgrid servers once you unsubscribe. Data that is saved by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the membership area) remains untouched by this.

Finalization of a data processing agreement

We have a contract about commissioned data processing with Sendgrid and completely implement the strict guidelines of the german data protection authority while using Sendgrid.

5. Analytics with Plausible

This website uses the open source Plausible Analytics to anonymously count visits, downloads, etc. You can see the same data we can see on the public dashboard. No cookies are used and no personal data—not even an IP address or browser user agent—is stored. For more information, see the Plausible Data Policy.

6. SSL respectively TLS encryption

For safety reasons and to protect the transfer of sensitive content like for example orders or requests that you send to us as the website operator, this website uses a SSL respectively TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection in the address field of your browser, when it switches from “http://” to “https://” and shows a lock symbol.

Wenn the SSL respectively TLS encryption is activated, no third parties can read along the data that you transmit to us.

Concerning your personal data you have following rights towards us:
